Powdered Sugar Icing
1tbsppowdered sugar

Instructions
French Toast Roll-Ups
Use a knife to trim the crust off of 8 slices of white bread. Use a rolling pin to flatten each slice. Set aside.
In a small bowl, combine butter, brown sugar, and ground cinnamon. Mix well.
Spread filling evenly onto the bread slices and roll up.
Whisk together eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.
Quickly dredge bread rolls into egg mixture, coating each side, and cook in a small frying pan (coated with butter or nonstick cooking spray), turning frequently until all sides are browned.
Dredge hot rolls into cinnamon sugar and shake off excess.
Top with icing before serving.
Homemade Sugar Icing
For the powdered sugar icing, put the powdered sugar and water into a resealable plastic sandwich bag and kneaded it until smooth.
Cut a hole in the corner and drizzle onto the cinnamon sugar. If you have too much cinnamon sugar on the rolls, it will cause the icing to just roll off.
