Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place 8 slices of bread onto the baking sheet.
Using the back of a spoon or your fingers, gently press the center of each slice of bread to create a divot or dent in the bread. Set bread slices aside.
Whisk together Greek yogurt, honey, egg, and ground cinnamon.
Evenly spoon mixture into each divot in the bread, about 2 tablespoons in each slice.
Top bread with any combination or mixture of fresh sliced fruits.
Bake Yogurt Custard Toast for 12-14 minutes or until the center is set (but not too hard) and bread is toasted.
Let Custar Toast stand for 5 minutes (which will continue to set) before sprinkling with powdered sugar and serving with honey and maple syrup if desired.

No oven? Try using a toaster oven or Air Fryer!
Switch up the seasonings with nutmeg or apple pie, or pumpkin spice.
Custard flavoring can also be elevated with vanilla extract. If you leave it plain (without seasonings and added sugar elements), it will taste eggier.
