Corn cheese is a viral corn recipe with canned corn, mayo, butter and tons of cheddar cheese. The ultimate cheesy side dish, this quick to make recipe is done in just about 15 minutes and is amazing with some bacon bits or fresh crunchy bacon pieces. Pair corn cheese with chicken breasts, burgers or even steak as its an incredibly versatile recipe.

Instructions
Drain canned corn and dump all 3 cans of corn into stove top skillet.
Place 1/4th cup butter and 1/2 cup mayo into skillet on top of corn. Sprinkle with a bit of black pepper.
Heat on medium heat until butter and mayo melt, mixing occasionally until all ingredients are together. Its best to use a spoon for this to get the corn off the sides of the pan.
Once mayo and butter are fully incorporated in the corn and heated, spread 8 oz. bag of mild cheddar cheese on top of corn, lower heat to medium-low and place lid on pan.
Let heat until cheese is melted, which takes about 5 minutes. Make sure not to keep heat too high so the corn doesn't burn.
Serve corn cheese hot and melty.
