Natures Cereal with fresh berries, coconut water and fresh mint leaves is a healthier breakfast or snack that combines delicious berries and coconut water.
½cuppomegranate seedsalso called pomegranate arils
½cupfresh blackberries
½cupfresh blueberries
coconut water
mint leaves
Instructions
Wash and dry all fruits.
Combine pomegranate arils, fresh blackberries, and fresh blueberries into a bowl and mix well.
Top fruit with coconut water to the desired level.
Add fresh mint leaf garnish.
Enjoy Natures Cereal with a spoon.
Notes
Skip the coconut water and combine the bowl of berries with Greek Yogurt.
Drain berries of additional excess water before adding them to the bowl. While removing moisture prior to adding them to the coconut water may seem odd, it will prevent the mix of the two liquids.
Want to ensure some vitamin C? Try adding mandarin oranges. Other great fruits we suggest are grapes and strawberries.
This dish should not be made ahead of time and should be prepared and eaten immediately.
